I purchase the above mentioned Tv on 27.05.2013 from Gupta Distributor Cuttack ,Odisha with Invoice no - R1279.
now the problem is with in use of two months the sound and remote problem started .
what i expect more from Samsung product , i used samsung tv from 1999.. that quality n now is hell n heaven difference.
when i ask the sales person about that , he suggest me to go samsung service centre .
but my question is , why should i go to service centre ?
if your product not working properly for not more than 60 days then why should i move to your srvice centre .
i think i have wasted my money by purchasing your tv .

kindly look in to this issue and take necessary action , as i shall not move to any service centre , replace it or what shall be your policy i dont want to know ,,

i am waiting for a positive reply , other wise i shall move to next proceeding
