sir, i bought a samsung led 3d tv 55 inches { model UA55ES6200 } on 13/7/2012 from qrs electonics,trivandrum,kerala at rs 156000 +additional warranty 2 years 6800,,,,total 3 year warranty..... these days my led panel seeing over brighter with cloudy spots on all sides....service engineer came and told me to change the panel.....but iam not satisfied becuse [ i know that they are using the reconditioned led panels,,,,picture quality will lose] sir,i want to replace the tv or refund the cash..so please help me...[protected]
