[Resolved] Samsung Led Ua46d6400um Set — Refusing to provide Warranty | |||
My name is Harshad C., from Nagpur, Maharashtra. I have bought the Samsung LED TV from Bangkok, Thailand on Nov 01 2011. The Samsung LED TV started to heat up at the Middle-left part & a white Horizontal line appeared, making the whole screen look blurred in the month of September 2012. An Engineer visited after registering a complaint on Samsung Customer Support on 04 September 2012. After few days, he called up & said that they don't provide Warranty on products from Thailand & that I need to pay Rs.45,000/- to get the LED TV repaired. I was totally astonished, as the Samsung Pvt. Ltd. provides the International Warranty on all its products. Then why is Samsung India refusing to get the LED TV repaired under Warranty?
