I have placed an order of 2 set of tyres on 8th april 2016. I have made advance payment of 9250/- rs on tyresonwheel.com, i recieved an order no. Only and neither i recieved confirmation on email nor confirmation message.
Its almost 2 month and still not recieved my order. Till date website shows my order status processing. I have sent an email at [protected]@tyreonwheels.com but no reply.

I have tried their customer care no.[protected] but no response from there side, they disconnect my phone every time i called. Then somehow i managed to get mobile no. Of mr. Rajat malhotra who is the owner of tyreonwheel.com, but not responding to my call. Then i went to there head office (Ramph global private limited, plot no. C146, mahavir enclave - 3, opp. Dwarka power plant, new delhi – 110 059) but mr rajat was not in the office, their staff told me that rajat hardly comes to office they dont know his whereabouts and they cannot help me (Negative response from their office staff).
Please help me to get my money back. They are cheating and its a fraudulent website help me close down this website.
