Unitech Group — Fd maturity amount not paid

We have a fixed deposit (Rs. 286000/-) o[censored]nitech with above reference which has been matured on 25/03/2016. But still today we have not got any information from unitech on it. We have sent no. Of emails to fdcustomercare for it but did not get any reply. Also made complain in unitech websit with nil effect.
Our residential address has been changed as below:
"flat-b-104, bldg.-12, mangalmoorty complex, chikuwadi, mankhurd (W), mumbai-400043."
We requested to change our address in all unitech records but no answer.
Also we have sent our bank a/c details as follows:

To credit the maturity amount directly to our bank but no reply..
We are in a fix what to be done now to get our money.
