Meri I'd dishonest repair pr block Hui hai pr mene koi dishonest repair nhi kiya aur first time I'd block Hui hai 5 chance milte hai mujhe ek bhi nhi mila so plz koi solution nikaliye...

I had booked a haircut for two persons on 24th July 2023 but due to certain reason I had to cancel it. I had cancelled it and they told that they will initialize the refund on 31st July and after that I had contacted the customer care several times but they told they had initialized but till now the amound has not been credited in my bank account.

Please help me to resolve this matter as soon as possible....

I have booked urban company services for cleaning my balcony which includes cleaning of railing also . while doing that they damaged my railing i can see llot of marks . and the grout between the tiles has come out . now when am talking to them they were not giving a good reply....

I just want my money back...I have paid 4300rs to urbanclap for house cleaning but it doesn't worth even a single rupee!!! All my walls are covered with dust and bathroom floor is like they have washed it with water only and they call themselves professional! I have proof of it....

I have written about urban clap many times already...I just want my refund now!...

Pest control was carried out in my 3BHK Flat at Flat no 2A5, 4Sight Manor 949 South Kumrakhali, Kolkata 700103 on 18th July 2023 but today I found the movement of lizard and small insects i kitchen room

First time requiring service from UC, had difficulty in registering our requirement. My address was wrong (not my fault GPS entered without my control and access). Ultimately your staff turned up and said while we asked for intense cleaning, it should be move in service. Went away. My contract cancelled but only half the amount is refunded even when we asked for alternate service and ready to pay. No slot is available. No telephone numbers...

I had booked for intense cleaning of my bathroom on 15/7/2023, 3:00 pm. Professional named Javed was assigned for the task. On arrival, initially he was in no mood to clean the bathroom making lame excuses of hard water stains. Upon our insisting he started scrubbing the bathroom with steel loofa instead of the scrubbing machine provided by company. Booked deep clean service for air conditioner. Technician visited one June 18 and he included deep clean and uninstall. He uninstalled indoor unit and did deep clean.

We wanted to use the services of you company for house cleaning. Around 6 Jul i was trying to make payment of Rs 1754 but i was not successful.

We have booked a tv repair through Urban company, a technician came on and took away the tv and return the same on the third day and charged us Rs. 5290 as repair cost on 18th May, 2023.

We called him again on 9th June, 2023 and told him that the problem persist, he said please close the complaint on urban company I will come and rectify. He closed the complaint without repairing the TV.
