conductors says buses will not stop on highway

I would like to complain against bus drivers & conductors of greater noida roadways. They generally says buses will go directly to Pari Chowk from Botanical garden & it will not stop on highway like to secto-93, 142, 135, 145 etc. This issues seriously making passenger difficult to reach their offices, colleges etc. And, they also not pick up passengers standing on highway like near sector 93, 142, 135, 145 etc who wants to come...

Misbehave by conductor

wrong route journey via hathras bye pass
