I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding the stem cell treatment process that was supposed to be completed but remains unfinished.

On Jan 2020, I visited your facility for hair loss treatmemt in one of your branch at T. NAGAR and was assured that the entire treatment process would be completed during that visit and it is available...

Vcare Hair Clinic — False information about the session

Hi,

Initially when i approached vcare skin and hair clinic, they said cost of entire session is 73k both skin and hair including products and supplements but now they are saying that we said only for 2 sessions other we will charge the cost and i need to pay for it. i have contacted them but no one responded so far. i need an apology letter and refund amount.

Vcare Hair Clinic — I'm complaining about the behaviour of support staff.

I complained before but the doctor divya bharathi who has been appointed is amazing but the support staff is so rude. One person a tall male shouted at me to get out of the photo room. He is not even a doctor but keeps acting like one. Next time if he shouts at me and I would want to pick a fight cause that's how much he has riled me up. By fight I mean violence. Because I'm a doctor myself and I can't withstand such disrespect....
