Vcare Hair Clinic — Incomplete treatment process for my hair loss treatment which was assured by the management to resume after my exams

Dear sir/madam,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding the stem cell treatment process that was supposed to be completed but remains unfinished.

On Jan 2020, I visited your facility for hair loss treatmemt in one of your branch at T. NAGAR and was assured that the entire treatment process would be completed during that visit and it is available for future days. I have also paid an amount of Rs. 60, 000 in single payment for the reputed service provided by you. However, upon reviewing the records and discussing with the staff, they called me to complete my session but as adviced by your staff I was away from the town for my higher studies hence I couldn't complete.. I made detailed discussion before leaving here.. The management adviced me to use the products whatever they subscribed till I continue my session here and I have also bought the same.

Eventhough, it is adviced I have attended a many sessions in 2022 and 2023. And continued my treatment as advised by various doctors. Even the management assured me that your treatment can be resume at anytime.

I must emphasize the importance of completing the full treatment process as advised by the doctors to ensure the best possible outcome and my overall well-being. Furthermore, the incomplete treatment has caused me inconvenience, uncertainty, and worry about the effectiveness of the partial treatment I received.

I understand that oversights can occur, but in a matter as crucial as health and wellness, it is imperative that every step is taken with the utmost care and attention to detail. Therefore, I request that immediate action be taken to rectify the situation and complete the remaining steps of the treatment process without further delay.

I trust that you will address this matter promptly and provide me with an explanation as to why the treatment process was left incomplete. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could confirm the steps that will be taken to ensure such oversights do not happen in the future.

I value the services provided by your facility and believe in the expertise of your team. However, this unfortunate incident has left me disappointed and concerned about the level of care provided. I look forward to a swift resolution and your assurance that the necessary steps will be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.
