I am facing issue in refunding the amount. Complaint raise 4 months ago, still not taken any action. If asked they give en- number of reasons to escape. If called no answers

Very bad staff, and reception though having management in the location and say that management is not available.

Though i was right opposite at vcare kammanhalli branch they give me reasons that they had gone to hospital . Below is my proof, i want action to be taken on such people immediately on fooling people. I want just and compensation to happen.
