[Resolved]  Vcare Hair Clinic — Vcare Biocell gives me bald head and heavy dandruff scalp

I am consulting vcare for hair from August, 2021. Still now i spend nearly 1.2lakh rupees. But I am not getting expected result. After start taking the biocell treatment, my hair condition get worst and faced heavy hair fall. I inform them regarding this on every session. But they said it will fall and regrow again. But still now hair fall not stopped and i getting heavy dandruff. And today they said all your biocell session are completed. But so far I had 5 bio cell session. Even taking 5 main and 8 maintenance session there is no improvement. As a patient I informed them, I got new bald spots after starting treatment, but my doctor said you came to Us like this we improved your hair density. After hearing this I really got angry and I lose my confident and trust on them.

When the treatment starts they said No need to take any additional food diet, , tablet will be enough for you. So I followed that after 4 month my doctor got changed. Later my new doctor told me to take food diet. At that time only they handed me the report for the test, which they took when I first came to this clinic. And my first doctor ask me to buy roller, but still now it haven't used in any of my main session. But they are unnecessarily asking me to buy this product which was not even used in any of my main session. I don't know what to do to regrow my hair. Now my all sessions are gone for nothing. It feel like I went to this clinic and paid my money to get bald head and heavy dandruff scalp. Really very disappointed on Vcare and their customer caring service.

Issue was not resolved. Manager contacted me. Ask me to come in person to branch. I said I was out of town, from then i try to reach him many time but no response from him yet
