I am not an investor directly, I booked flat in barasat, but that was never completed anytime, after that we requested to give back money. They convert that into land. Paid 7 lakh for Land in siliguri near gondar more. But documentation process is not completed registration also not done. Total payment made. No representative is contactable to complete registration process. How to getback land/money don't know. Please suggest how to proceed...

I invested an amount of Rs.12 lakhs in October, 2010 on interest @13.5% for three years and during this period of 3 years the company paid me interested. After that the company refunded me 5 lakhs and held 7 lakhs for giving me the possession of a flat but till handing over the flat, the company agreed to pay me the interest of 13.5% on Rs.7 lakhs but neither the company is paying me interest nor refunding the money i.e. Rs. 7.00 lacs....
