In my LCD Videocon t.v is not see any video, because my videocon t.v display problem, i have using only one year, after i will get this prblm, I have also filed a telephonic complaint in Videocon 2 times but till now no action taken yet from the company.now wht i do, how can use ur company product, plz exchange my videocon L.C.D 32inch T.V Was this information helpful? | |||

Very very very poor company .
The manager of videocon service centre ( mb - [protected] ) says to me that after 2 years if your product is not working then our service engineer will take 200 rs from you and he will not repare your product due to unavailability of parts. And he also says that you can put your product in dustbin and purchase new videocon tv.
Shame to this company.

If you have not deal with customers then close ur Company

M_mode displayed at bottom left corner in my lcd tv, tv not started with remote its red light automatically stop & some time lcd not started, sevice engineer said its mother board to be replace & same is not available, he said to me purchase led, my contact no. is [protected].
So please rectify mu problem as soon as possible.
