[Resolved] Videocon Industries — Cheated Money from me | |||
Hi i am using videocon d2h from the past 7 months. my digital receiver has been stopped working from past 7 days. i have raised many complaints to them. there is no reply from their side and no any engineer visits our home or even called me. My videocon Cust ID is :[protected]. if i ask for refund they are saying that there is no refund option. i have raised many complaints and its been already 7 days my d2h is not working . i need a refund of one month in my account. or other wise i will raise this as a big issue and will take it to the next level.
