Dear sir / mam
This is to report that i have a dish tv connection with customer id 4688186
I had uninstalled the product myself and since i had another connection i did not install this product. However since 4th of may i have been trying to get my product installed but till date the installation has not been successful and completely done. Firstly several trial and error was performed to connect this id to my other customer id which is also of d2h but since the engineer was not competent he was unable to do it. But however it was surprising to discover that form my account 200 rs was deducted without any ryme or justification. For my initial installation request i did not received any sms also. However on discovering on this i lodged a complaint on the 19th of may 2019 complain no.[protected] and[protected] after repeated follow-up finally the installation was performed on the 24/05/2019 after repeated follow-up the complaint no. Are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[prot... Yesterday once the antenna was installed still the product did not start but then i was told that the set-top box is old and need to be replaced so i agreed but was told that the re4placement will be an old repaired box with three month warranty. On this i suggested that to consider my existing id 4688186 for an upgrade with a new set top box only but to my surprised i was told that it is not possible. If i want a new one i will be given a new id. I agreed but then i told either to process a refund of my old id of rs. 1068 to the new id or give the refund of the amount by considering a closure of my id 4688186 after deducting the closure fee. But to my astonishment and agony i was informed that such closure or refund system is not available as a policy or as per terms and condition. I asked them to share the same which is like a sheer case of exploitation and money extortion by force. I was insisted that i will have to do with the replaced old set-top box but when they are replacing the set top box they are not providing me the compatible remote also and insist to purchase the remote separately which is again a matter of harassment and extortion as the set-top box should ideally be replaced along with a compatible remote which is an ideal requirement which come during the initial purchase of the product. I would request to kindly look into this matter with severity of money extortion, mental harassment and agony and bring a clear mandate and regulation on refund and closure of the product and temporary suspension and product replacement repair. Also i would like to report that the product and spare, accessories which is being brought or are replace are not provided with any bills and are insisted to pay in cash without any bill or receipt. This is also an act of in fair trade practice and malpractice.
So request you kind intervention and resolve as per regulation to benefit the public at large

Please take note addition to my above complain I would like to state another complain regarding replacement with faulty and defective product. After a lot of difficulty and struggle a set-top box was provided to me on Sunday 26th of May 2019 against my complain ID: 65115332 as suggested by the engineer who had come for the relocation installation. To this an old set-top box was provided in spite of my request for a new one as
Mr. Azar a company service supervisor said that we have no provision for an upgrade of the old product and I had also given an option to transfer my existing ID balance to my new ID for an upgrade to which I was out rightly denied any cooperation. However being an helpless customer being compelled by engineer and service supervisor had no other alternative but to settle with an old replaced set-top box which was given to me without a remote and I was compelled and forced to buy a new remote by paying a cash of Rs. 200. The new remote had no MRP. printed on it and neither I was given any money receipt for the amount paid in cash. Since I had no other alternative I felt compelled and had no other alternative to operate the product I did purchase the remote. To add to my agony the replace set-top box an old one stopped working immediately the next day 27/05/2019. Considering that the consideration will be given by the service engineer and the company supervisor I tried calling on there respective mobile numbers but after a repeated follow-up when I got connected to the service engineer who had come an installed the old set-top box asked me to place a call again with the call center. So I have done the complain ID is[protected]. I feel such negligent approach by an organization people and organizations should be dealt with severity to an extent of heavy penalty and fine so that the same is not repeated by any other service provider and the common people is cheated, harassed and put to mental agony and trauma

Dear Concern

Please take note of my additional complain today. Although a new set-top box has been replaced today but again the engineer had come and told me that I have to buy the remote. Under compulsion I had to give the remote which I had purchased on the 26th by paying Rs. 200 in cash. I was compelled to refund the same as the service engineer was not giving the new product with the remote. Even they were very rude in there behavior when I pointed out that why on the 26th they gave a defective product. I hope very strict action will be taking from the company for such negligent and bad and harsh behavior. Also I would like to know the amount which has been deducted from my account as a whole process of reinstallation and set-top box replacement. Also I should get a reversal of Rs. 200 which I have paid in cash for the remote which is ideally a part of the complete product packing box which I was compelled to be paid additionally also the engineer has taken Rs. 50 in cash the same should also be reversed into my account. Mr. Azar the service representative of the company and the service engineers Mr. Pradip Kengue were very negligent and rude in terms of dealing with this matter. Replacement of a product which did not even work for a single day was itself an act of sever negligence and gross manipulation. Till now the new set-top box that has been installed is not working and the service engineer Mr Pradip left me with a note that the services would start after one hour. When I informed that they should do the needful before they leave my site the engineer was very rude to state that meraa cam tha apko set-top box replace karke dena chulu karene ka kam company ka he to ap unku phone kareaga.

Hope such people will be dealt with very strictly from the organization prespective.
