Videocon Industries — washing machine electrician came and not done my work

I will never trust on videocon again as its after sale service is very bad as on of the electrician came to me after complaint he comes after 4-5 days after 40-50 calls and refused to do worck at same time and said to me he will come tomorow to solve the problem but until now he didnt visited my home and asking for bill from me i showd my bill and my washing machine is in waareenty its 1.5 yr old really ill not purchase from videocon next time as samsung is much better
