[Resolved] Videocon — Wall mounting not provided | |||
I purchased videocon lcd tv model no. Vju32hh18xah from vijay sales virar branch on 14-aug-2016. On 15-aug-2016 the tv was delivered to my house. When the technician came to install the tv on the wall, it was found that there are no latches/socket at the back of the tv which will enable it to be mounted on the wall. The technician said that it may be a manufacturing issue. While purchasing your salesman said that its a tv which can be mounted on the wall. I called vijay sales and explain the issue to them. I was informed that the tv will be replaced on 17th aug. However nobody came to my house with the new tv. When i called i was informed that it will be replaced on the 18th august.
