Applied for the Provisional document at the Vtu eddts website sill there is no update. I called many times not a single call was picked up by the VTU. I require PDC urgently for Masters Abroad Studies to apply....

I registered for the eddts portal but didn't get OTP to verify my phone number.
So that I'm unable to access eddts portal to apply for provisional degree certificate. Its really urgent and a quick solution would be highly appreciated.
I want you to resend the OTP or user details through SMS or e-mail.

Hi, I made a mistake with the number when I entered and unable to login as I didn't receive the OTP. The website (https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/) says Im registered when I put my USN thought I didnt finish the registration process yet. Im stuck. Please help me fix this

Could I am unable to change the mobile number as well as called the number if they received any otp and they said they hadn't. can you please reset the phone number...

I need help in getting password for the EDDTS portal. I already registered in portal and OTP was obtained (with your help), but the mobile number is not able to receive password as SMS, I need it in my registered email as soon as possible. I send an email directly to VTU which is not getting any response. I would truly appreciate any help in this matter.
