As per your CEO who says "you might be having trust issue as we are a New Indian Company I request you to give us a chance to Serve you and we will never let you down" Trust is earned and definitely not by nationality, I am an exserviceman and also a veteran, so please spare me this callous attitude of yours...

Very very High impacting issue is that customer executive misbehaving with customer and miscommunication Every time about the delivery the product. Last one month they are not resolving the issue and deliver product as well as they not taking any answer to refund the balance.

I mistakenly ordered purchase in a fraude site today and by a friend got to know that it is a fraud Indian shopping site (vle bazaar). This site doesn't have any cancel or refund option and no customer care receiving calls.

This is my 2nd complaint hoping it will be addressed since the last one was resolved. I prepaid for one dell 45 adapter charger cord included on 30th last month. After 11 days of harassing experience, i got wrong product delivered to me.
