[Resolved]  Vodafone India — refund cheque not received

Hi Vodafone Team,

This is with reference to my Vodafone postpaid mobile number [protected] with relationship number[protected].

I got this ported from Vodafone to Airtel and got mail from vodafone on refund of my pending amount giving following details

Your refund cheque details are as follows:
Cheque Number: 832346
Cheque Amount: Rs. ***
Cheque Date: 12-Oct-19
Bank Details: Citibank

Till now I have not received this cheque at my address and when I called [protected] they said you need to call from Vodafone Postpaid number which I do not have.

Need to lodge complaint against this issue and find solution as to how can I get my refund back.
