Vodafone India — Vodafone Postpaid Connection Bill Payment | |||
I was using Vodafone postpaid mobile connection. Recently as I had decided to close the connection, I had discussion with one of the vodafone representative and they said me to pay the settlement amount and said they will close the connection. I payed the bill and sent screenshot. Despite this I am continuously getting mails from one person from vodafone named Pankaj Kumar, who is claiming that I have to pay 1400rs non-usage bill. I am not ready to pay this amount as they have not cancelled the connection the day i requested. This is harassment they are doing with me by sending multiple notices for the amount which I don't claim to be paid. I am using Tata Docomo Sim, and also Airtel Broadband which are giving very good service, But I see that Vodafone is giving worst Service and also when we ask to cancel the connection they are harassing. if my intention was not to pay Bill, I would have not agreed for settlement and also would not have paid bill every month promptly these many months.
