I booked a parcel from Delhi to Nagercoil on 27/9/2022. They said they will dispatch on 29/9/2011. This above parcel was booked from panckula to madurai on 8/9/22. Three packages were booked. Only two reached the destination on 20/9/22. One parcel not received till 28/9/22. When asked they said they have no means of tracking said package and we were made to wait for four hours. Then we were informed to go and that they will inform when the parcel reaches destination. I am the owner of Shreyansh Creation, Surat, I booked a parcel from vrl Surat Neyol branch on dated[protected] of bill no. 1/440 to Prakash Traders, Bengaluru. VRL refuse us to give our bilty of that bill, as he said once bilty is printed second time we were not print bilty.
but i shreyansh creation didn't recieve bilty from vrl neyol. we are very disappointed from that vrl neyol branch that they are not provide us bilty of that parcel....

The VRL courier office at Khordha district/orissa, always asking Money when I receiving my material, where as I already paid the full courier charges to the seller during my order payment.

When I asked why u charging extra amount, then they reply us it's our labor cost. So it's really totally black mailing to our district people's. Myself faced 2 times during receiving my material.

As I booked VRL bus KA25AA6029 seat number lower 13 & lower 7, with the name of Prashant & Meenakshi, but from Solapur booking office illegally alloted our seat to different passenger.
