Charged nearly double than the actual weight

We have booked the material with 500kgs but they have charged of 800Kgs even in volume which cannot be 2500/- rupees variance.
Then at the time of delivery they have also agreed by seeing the weight in VRL weigh bridge itself.

But the answer was is due to LR has raised we couldn't support from delivery branch you have to discuss with booking branch....

Goods heavily damaged while transporting

I had put my bike for transferring to wagholi pune from honavar it has been damaged heavily even after payin more tham 5k. The lr no is [protected]. It is a heavy shock for me to see my bike like this. I would need an answer for this for break me emotionally and my bike physically....

Not delivering goods

We have booked the goods from Hyderabad to Mysore on 7.7.22 and they assured us to deliver household goods within 5 days but still they have not delivered and now even they stopped to pick our call, this is very serious issue as our household items are very important to us, kindly look into the matter and solve it...

Vrl logistic charges 260 rs while booking. when it was recived, again vrl logistic charges 30rs. can you explain what is 30 rs (miscellaneous + hamali ).

did you mentioned in terms and condition again charging extra rs while reciving.?

Bus services and water leakage from windows

I am traveling from VRL bus number MH09EM7782 and in this I face water leakage from windows seat number U30. This is 3 time I face same issue in VRL bus while traveling to Pune and Nagpur route.
I have paid for single seat but I have to adjust in two seat berth with other passenger.
Your service worsen day by day will be effect your business one day if you not improve it...

Hamali charges for loading

Looting money in the name of hamali.
They charge 20 RS per bag for only loading bag in our vehicle. Market rate is 7 RS per bag....

Rude behavior of staff at Puttur, Dakshina Kannada office

My parcel LR No. [protected] booked at Bangalore on 14/6/2022 was found to reach Puttur on 17/6/2022. However, nobody informed me over my phone number mentioned in the consignment either through sms or call. However, I got information on 21/6/22 from sender that parcel reached Puttur VRL office on 17/6/22 itself. When I went there today to enquire the same, at around 8 :15 pm, the staff at the counter rudely behaved with me and didn't respond...

Parcel missing LR number 1055098136

Our supplier has booked our shipment on 30/05/2022 for Pune with VRL logistics.
From then I am continuously following up with their customer service but nobody seems to be responding.After several emails and Phone callings, today they told me that our shipment got missed by them and they are searching it. On VRL it is still showing parcel at Salem TPT.
Now let me inform this parcel was very urgent and our customer paid to us...

now this consignment is in pune south and not delivered to our factory from last 6 days.
Nobody is taking care of these things.
