Washing Machine — Service

I made caomplaint on 14th feb 2016 and person attended on 16th feb and charge Rs 401 as visit charge .
I was told this 401 amount will be deducted repair invoice if we call them within a month.
we keep calling service personal in tirumala service at ekkatuthangal chennai Tamilnadu.

nobody attended my call till today and we made complaint in customer care also, but no response.
should i proceed with consumer redressal forum.
please solve it.
