Sir, last electric bill i have received of amounting rs 18927/-. Which is impossible as per our usage of electricity. Previous bill amount was 825/-. As per my opinion the meter may be the culprit. I have notice that the meter's red light was blinking quite frequently without any proper load of electric. Please look into this matter as early as possible.

In the year of 2019 it's a shame to humanity that we (The residents of surerpukur bisoharitala ward number 1 chandannagar, west bengal 712136) are living in our houses without electricity for over 3 years.
We asked multiple times to ccc3 laxmiganj wbsedcl office for electric connection but we didn't got any help yet to get electricity. Please help us....

Power off for 5-6 hours a day for last few weeks. Instead of launching several complaints no action has yet been taken. When trying to contact them over phone they didnot receive the phone. We are in great trouble due to the inactivity of sonarpur power supply. We will be glad if necessary measures is taken to provide us some relief. If you couldnt provide us with the service

I would like to tell you that, electricity has been stolen on day to day basis in telinipara, hooghly district since 10 years, theft is fine but theft is being sold in the entire telenipara area. All these illegal works include line man, officers. Please take action.

I submitted a complaint vide docket number 19349811 dated 04/11/2018 regarding faulty electric meter of wbsedcl but as on date no action has been taken by the wbsedcl authority. I am not able to login as consumer in www.wbsedcl.in with my login credential. When i am giving credential, its always navigating to only one page with error message: "no portal roles are assigned for this user. If this problem persists, contact your system administrator."

I tried to contact the 24x7 helpline of this company. But they are not able to solve the problem.

I paid the bill for March'19 to May'19 through online on 4th March'19and my transaction id is QHMP[protected]. They still took the bill for same on 7th March'19 and didn't mention the bill month on the bill. The bill Receipt No is[protected]. Sir my area is getting power cut daily . When we are trying to inform the office they are not recieving the phone. I am a consumer of electrical energy with consumer no.[protected] under WBSEDCL (previously DPL). My meter stopped providing reading since Nov, 2018.
Inspite of applying them in written twice on 24/12/18 and again 16/04/19, no action yet to be taken.
Each time it took two to three days to lodge the complain, and the Staffs of both DPL and SEDCL are very rude and ignorant. They are always busy with the private agencies...

i dialed customer care number at 6:05 pm for having some problems in my place. after receiving my call he asked my problem and told me to stay on the line. i was waiting for 5 minutes and when i asked why are you taking so much time, he addressed me as "moron" and then hung the call up.
i asked his name but he denied.

My name is Ganesh Chandra Mukhopadhyay and I suspect that the meter reading has been wrong or there is a fault in the meter. I request you to please perform a meter test and replace our meter.

I have always been paying a bill of Rs 12000 quarterly but to my surprise for the month of June 2019 - August 2019 it's Rs 36, 429. This is impossible and totally absurd.
