Sir/ Madam, I paid WBSEDCL electricity bill using Vidyut Sahayogi App with GPay UPI. UPI transaction ID is[protected] to WBSEDCL (wbsedcl.[protected]@hdfcbank). from GURUPADA DEY (Central Bank of India). Money debited from my bank account and shows as Completed in UPI App, but no confirmation message delivered in registered mobile. Payment status shows payment failure in WBSEDCL portal. I have attached transaction details for reference as well. Please take an action as soon as possible.
