While ago it was showing pending but finally it is showing the payment is failure. what is going on? I have paid from Google pay to West Bengal Electricity Board and there was no fault from my side. I have attached the screenshot that makes sure that I have paid the amount to West Bengal Electricity Board. now Google pay hAS itself raised the dispute with the payment. Jan 08, 2021 Updated by unmader pathokrom even I don't know to whom should I raise the dispute whether it is Google pay or West Bengal State Electricity Board or Punjab National Bank which is erstwhile United Bank of India? don't know whether the bank merger is creating the problem or it is the electricity board of West Bengal. I am using Google pay for other purposes also. there is no problem with other purposes. they are going on Ok. only this West Bengal Electricity Board payments are problematic.
