I had booked a round trip from Delhi to Goa for 22nd July. The same got cancelled by the airlines, and I had requested for the refund on 19th July from the company (Travolook). I was said that it will be received within 30-40 days. I have been misled by their customer executives for almost 3 months that refund will be processed, it will be received within 3-4 days. I have been on multiple calls, waiting with their customer care executives. But they have not responded yet and I await my refund. Please take appropriate action against these companies engaged in fraudulent practices.
