Wing In Travel Advisory Private Limited — Refund not received for ticket

Booked air-travel ticket through website "www.travolook.in" on 23rd April 2021, however, immediately paying the money through credit card, the transaction got cancelled and received message from Company that it was due to some operational reason and the merchant communicated that I can expect the full refund within 10-15 working days. It is 12th May today and even after repeated reminders, there is no refund credited back to the credit card till now. Calling the customer card, is not eliciting any response, as it busy through out.

Response from customer on 28th April (4 days after I initiated the email response) -

This is to inform you that your reservation has been cancelled due to an operational reason.

Refer to your discussion with our agent dated 23rd April 2021. Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday)..

Your patience in this regard will be highly appreciated.


The refund shall be as per the policy.
