On 18th January’2022, I tried booking a flight ticket from Chennai to Kolkata using Travolook.in which is owned by Wing In Travel Advisory Pvt. LTD. An amount of Rs. 4364 was deducted from my bank account but the booking not confirmed by Travolook. Booking Reference Number REF[protected].
Since that day I have to continuously trying to get my money back but Travolook didn’t respond to any of my email. Whenever I called their customer support, fake commitment of refunding the money in 2 days was given to me. Every time you call their customer support, you are kept on hold for several minutes and then no proper information is giving by their customer support team.
This certainly looks intentionally done by Wing In Travel Advisory Pvt Ltd. in order to cheat customers of their hard earned money.
