I had bought a woodland shoes last year in August 2010 from your exclusive showroom at City mall gorakhpur-273001, within a year the leather colour is badly faded at some places.

i reached to your exclusive showroom at gorakhpur to register my complaint but it was one of my bad experience that i ever faced at such branded shop , the person at cash counter started shouting on me & misbehaved when i tried...

The complaint was sent directly to MD with a courier having the shoes worth Rs 5000.

When I was fed up with customer care and the shoe store…they just do pasting of such expensive shoes and give back….
But I am surprised even the MD do not care to respond...

i had purchased woodland sandals from woodland store at munjmahuda,akota road,vadodara, some 4 to 5 months back.these pair of sandals were used sparingly.but recently the stitching of my right pair came out from onr place and the entire upper have now starting coming out and now i am not in aposition to wear it.i went to the store from where i purchased it but the manager of the store straight away refused to accept it without the invoice....

i purchase a shoe from nasik road retail store of woodland but the size of shoe is not as per the standard of manufacturing ie. the my foot size is 39 no. still I buy 40 no size shoes but still it is very tight and uncomfortable to my feets, two times I go to store for this problem the size not expand by as suggested and keep my shoes with them but in this 10-15 days the shop persons are using this shoes as marks o[censored]sing the shoes is observe...

hi am woodland user i like woodland shoes none compny cn beat woodland shoes bt i wnna gve one drawbck i feel so far that these shows are extreme slippery in wet area its risky to get slip.. i thnk shoe designers should tke this considertion while designin new arrivals...

I had puchaced a shoe, model no. SMW 874 from Sigra showroom of woodland from Varanasi, one month back from today, the size, which I was supposed to puchase was not available that time & ur showroom manager promised me to arrange it within a week.
But sorry to say that they are are making fool of me.

One of Woodland shoes have a big crack to sole and another have a small crack to sole. I have purchased the this pair a year back( Unfortunately I have lost the receipt of the same) I have purchased this pair of shoes in Sangli City, Sangli-Miraj Road, Near Zila Parishad, Sangli. The shop owner refused to repair and said guarantee period is only for three months. He suggested to get repair these pair from private shoe repairs. It is disgusting...

on 29 june 2011,i was in search of a rain jacket for my friend.i went to all the famous branded showrooms but i could not get one.and as a last trial i stepped into woodland where i asked for a RAIN JACKET.then i was shown a jacket showing that it is 2 in 1,can protect from both rain as well as from cold.i bought it for 5000 rupees.but the jacket in no way is protecting from either rain or cold.then i went back to the shop within 15 days...

GC 0675109 KHAKI 43 FOOTWEAR dated 27/5/11. after 4days sole is open defect of pasting . Then when I went to showroom they surprisingly denies to change and they pasting my shoes by Fevikwick . Oh is it justified? so please do the need ful.

I was purchase shoes model no - 4CO563108 KHAKI (40) on Oct-09 from AERO CLUB (WOODLAND) UGF, Ramanand Trade Center, Aliganj LUCKNOW. Within 5 To 6 Months shoes sole was broken, The AERO's Salesman change my sole . And i gave Rs. 450 Charges of Sole. Than Again the same problem create, so, i again go to AERO and give our Shoes.
