I have try to purchase grocery from http://www.askmegrocery.com on 20th September 2015. payment was detected from my kotak credit card but purchase id have not generated. this is my transaction id 012972. I called many time in customer care on this no +[protected]. executive told me that you will receive call from concern department in 24hrs. My last complain no is[protected]. But, till now I have not received any call or amount return. Please tell me whats the issue of this.
