I wish i could have seen your feedback before ordering through this website. They charged me for 1 kg cake and only delivered half kg cake (Order Number- HMof[protected]. It was my parents anniversary. I called the customer care number on same day, no one picked, i then tried to write complaint on their website and when you select the option of complaint the website either shows your error or doesn't take it, they programmed it this way so that half of people cannot register complaints. Then after all this i got successful to reach their customer care number and then the cherry on the cake was their customer care executive "Ms. Poly" who misbehaved and said 'We cannot "entertain" your complaint' and she disconnected my call, i tried again but no response. It is website's fault and they cannot entertain. These fraud websites should be swayed away by the government. It is not only about the loss of money but the service they are giving and fooling people and harassing them in this way. Was this information helpful? |
