Xiaomi Mi India — Replacement not received even after 6 weeks. caught between two rogues mi & blue dart | |||||
I purchased redmi note 3 32 g model from mi.com on 21 jul 2016. Mi order number:[protected] Bluedart courier way bill number: [protected]. Got a defective phone and the process to send it back to mi took 15 days. We need to personally go to their service center and get it certified that the device is faulty and send it to mi with that proof. Even after this they took the faulty device after 12 days from the date of delivery. Now on 12 aug 2016 they have sent replacement phone through bluedart courier and it not yet shipped to me. Bluedart says the shipment is not traceable and finally after i fought with them, they send me a mail saying you cantact the shipper i. E. Micom And mi.com says you need to contact bluedart. I am now caught between these two companies who give 3rd grade service. I have paid full amount rs 12000 on the day 1 and till date i am not having phone with me and god know when i am going to get it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
