After 3 days on 4 Feb 16 and problems were still there. They have taken it again for repairing on 4 Feb 16. They tried to fix the problem without any success. Then they sent it to the main branch/ factory for repair. The phone is still in service centre. As you understood, that it's useless to keep a phone like that which is almost in service centre for repairing. I want to return it and don't want to use it further. Please process the refund or replace this mobile for this at the earliest.
