[Resolved] Xolo — Bad after sales service and unethical behaviour | |||
I gave my xolo device play 8x-100 for repairing as it would shut down automatically at intervals.The problem told to me by the xolo guy was that thePCB/Motherboard might be faulty and that it would take 15-20 days to repair the device.I agreed and gave my phone to the person on the 3rd of june 2015.The phone was still in warranty and so no additional charges were taken. The problem started afetr 20 days of giving the phone. Every 6th day i am visiting the serving the service centre and they are telling me that it would take another week to deliver the device.On the 6th of july 2015 he told me that i would receive my mobile by next week. Today (13th july 2015) i went again to the service centre and asked him for the phone so instead of talking politely he told me very rudely that it has been over a month and that i should file a case.I even registered a complaint on the official xolo website, but i got no response from there too.
