Xolo — bad handset. bad people

I had purchased xolo era last year. There was display issue which was then taken to their service centre in thane. Post repair the screen started flickering. There was no such problem earlier. The service centre says that this is common to all mobiles. I complained to the company.
I contacted mr jain yet no action taken on the centre for spoiling my handset.
All are cheaters.
