[Resolved] Xolo — Battery Problem Q1200 | |||
My name is Preeti, have prchased Xolo Q1200 in Aug'2014. Within 2 months it's battery got swollen. Even after it's in warranty period, customer care people are refusing to replace it with free of cost. Please suggest. I am very disappointed with Xolo Service & Products & Find it worthless. if no reply or services has been received, then have no option other than filing a case in consumer court.
