[Resolved] Xolo — Big time Fraud Company as well as service center | |||
I purchased a Xolo mobile A500s IPS, Which sim slot got crashed in first/second month, I submitted that in Pune's service center (Suraj Enterprises Authorised Service center mob:-[protected]) who took 10-15 days to repair it and i took the mobile and after 1 day I got to know that my mobile's vibration is not working.after that I went to submit that mobile again then that people told me that it's out of warranty. And they asked me for 500 rupees to repair. That people (XOLO TEAM) have pre decided to make fault in mobile and then charg for that. Was this information helpful? | |||
