[Resolved]  Xolo — Cell phone not delivered

I submitted my xolo x1000 set at the service centre outlet at sec 62 noida on[protected] whose work order number is[protected], there was some battery problem which they said they will replace it, i asked for the repairng cost but they said they will messege me whithin two days, and said you will get your set done within 20 days max. Now its 2nd nov and there is not a single update from the service centre and the xolo company about what will be the cost of reparing or when will i get my set back, i have called service centre and xolo company several times but they are not giving any answers, i am very much disappointed with the response of the company.
