[Resolved] Xolo — cheating customer

sir, , i purchased a xolo A500S FORM ANATNAG, , after few days i found that there is some problem in the mic as other person sometimes can't hear me clearly.so to mend the said problem i went to anantnag service center. but they told me that your phones warranty is no more as its already gone under repair by unauthorised personal. i don't know who did cheating to me, , either service center anantnag kashmir is cheating or the dealer were from i buy ed the phone, , , BUT IN BOTH CASES YOUR COMPANIES GOOD WILL IS LOOSING
