I am disturbed around 5 months. i am mailing company continued but they did not respond I submitted my mobile Q2000 which is under warranty to the service point, kanpur(authorised service center of XOLO at mal road shivas technologies shop no.301, 302). The mobile had a problem of auto back. The person there told me that it will take around 15 days to repair and come back. Then they send my mobile to noida center on September 2014. After 15 days when I called I got the response that the mobile is still under repairing. After around 1 month and constantly passing time. behavior of service center is not good.i get my mobile unsatisfactory condition scratched. they changed my mobile other modal . It has been almost 5 month without my phone. I want my phone back repaired as early as possible with my lost warrnty or else Xolo returns my money or they can give xolo Q3000 mob only.
