I had purchased xolo Opus HD on 31.01.2015, it was really bad. I faced some issues ( Hang, Downloading & Touch) from 1st day. Same am submitted to service center and he says for software update. I totally agree for that. Again 2nd day same issues faced & same happens, software update. I was really fed up with the unite, because 3rd time problem faced. Finally am gone to service center and want replacement but Mr. Vikram denied for the replacement. Let me know ...
1) What the replacement criteria ?
2) If DOA policy is under 7 days, than why ASC has denied it.
I was surely disagree to software update on daily basis, finally wants to replace my set and it is my apologies to you pls provide as am want. "If it is not done by tomorrow EOD, than i will go to consumer court"
And it is my last and final mail to you.
