I had Complained earlier also but i have not got any response neither from service center from last one month my mobile is in service centre but still its not repaired nor i am getting any answer from any one of them. Everyday going to service centre and asking for phone reparing has become quite hectic job and listening same answer that still it is not repaired is frustating. My question to you is i had purchased mobile to keep it in service centre and i am facing this issue for the mobile that i had purchased almost 5 months back. If that the case i had made a mistake of purchasing Xolo mobile. If it is not repairable by you the kindly compensate. Was this information helpful? | |
