Respected sir,
this is sarvesh kumar user of xolo omega 5.0 I have purchased phone on 12/06/2015 . Sir i have replaced my earphone within the date of warranty as it was not working properly.but after 7-10 days it again had the same problem of right side voice not coming problem.and now your Varanasi service center are not replacing the earphone and charger same.
please get me out from this issues.
