i purchase a xolo A-600 set on 21/10/2014. Day after i feel that the set touch is not working properly and i contacted to the shopkeeper from where i purchase set. But he ignore me and told that the set is working properly and he did not told me about the change of set within one week. After not satisfied with the phone, i tried to trace the service centre details and i found the name of Mayank service, uttam Nagar New Delhi and contacted within 7 to 8 days. I contacted Mayank Service, Uttam Nagar and there Mr.Pankaj who was telling that he is a service engineer, i told him all the problems that i was facing in phone, and he told me that your set will not be changed and you have to leave your set for minimum 20 days to repair. After purchase of set within a week was to be changed but he refused. When i ask the number of seniors of Service centre and he told me that he can go anywhere even to the court but he will not change your set.Sir is it my mistake that i have purchase the Xolo. I am fed up from the set or from the service centre behaviour who did not attend properly and still i am facing the problems in my phone. I am a defence personnel and do not have the more and more time to visit your service centre. Sir it is requestd to please get the set change which i am facing the problem from the next day of purchase of the set. Otherwise i have to knock the door of consumer court for misguiding by the personnels.
