[Resolved] Xolo — Delay in replacement of fault smart phone Q700i | |||
I have bought an XOLO Q700i on 25/01/2014 from "Manu Teleshoppe". But I have face the problem with touch screen from 25/05/2014 and have handed over the phone to XOLO authorised service center in Tumkur (Karnataka state) on 31/05/2014. After 45 days they have offered the new phone XOLO Q700S. This is not comparable with handset which I bought previously and rejected the offer and requested to provide the same version XOLO Q700i. But till now they is not positive response from the concerned person and giving the irresponsible answers and simply providing the false tentitative dates and wasting my time and money in travelling.
