[Resolved]  Xolo — Destroyed my 2 months old tablet

Worst service ever. I bought xolo play tegra note 2 months ago, on december 11 I submited my tab for usb repair . tablet came after 3 days then i was able to chare my tablet but i was not able to connect the tab to pc via usb nor was able to use OTG cable, only charge tablet, I also noticed that when I inserted styllus it was very rough and i had to push styllus hard to insert it inside . I went to the service center and again the tab on 18 or 19 Dec 2015, then on 7th morning i called xolo service centre located at vashi, new mumbai to inquire about my tab. your receptionist said my tab was ready and i could collect it. I was at my hostel in KHOPOLI. I personally visited service center on same day and what I heard was that tablet was not repaired . I shouted there and asked them to deliver them to me at my play in charger new Mumbai as a penalty for wasting my time. After long time they agreed and I left. Then on 14th jan 2016 I received a message and a call from your service centre that my tablet was repaired and I asked them to deliver at my place . Then on 15th my mom collected the tab . Then now i.e on 16th january 2016 I tried to use the tablet, what I see is that styllus was not going inside and when after trying some time it went inside the styllus hole but wait a second the styllus notification and apps were not able to detect that the styllus was inside . Notification says direct styllus has been removed. Your service centre has ruined my tablet which I bought 2 months ago. I want a refund or replacement for my solo play tablet. Hoping a reply from your end on an urgent basis with positive response. Thank you

Don't worry XOLO I threw the Tablet in trash after that stylus issue . I bought the tablet because of stylus function. Never in life i will purchase a XOLO product neither will allow any of my family and friends to purchase it . Thank you
