Purchased XOLO Q 3000 online from Sundaram Infotech, Prathamesh Complex, Building No H, Opp vatika Restaurant, Mumbai, Nasis Highway3, bhavany By pass Road, Bhiwandi, Maharastra Pin 4213012 as per my order dated 16/10/14. Now the device is becoming too hot and the charge in the battery is reducing suddenly.Charge becomes empty within hours. Please make arrangement to replace the system at the earliest.Otherwise I shall be faced much inconvenience personally and officially as I have been using the said cell phone for my official purpose too.The nearest Service Centre is I Tech, South Bazar, Kakkad Road, Kannur-2.
