I have purchased a xolo_1_x smartphone online in the month of jan-2016 and the product is warranted for one year but it has got display problem so i tried to contact them but the customer care phone numbers given on the website of xolo[protected] is not working so i sent an sms to [protected] and e mail also but i have not got any reply. hence it is requested to resolve the problem as early. the imei code of my smartphone is [protected]

Updated by Jangalekar Xolo complaint status ID 1386662, after posting the complaint I was asked either to get the amount back or to get the smartphone replaced but after that day I haven't been contacted or given any information yet. So please either return my amount or exchange the phone; my address for the correspondence is as below;
